From Springfield to the spotlight of Milan Fashion Week & Vice Chairman of a International Fashion Council, Justin Haynes is rewriting the global fashion narrative—one bold patchwork at a time.
In a defining moment in Milan, Justin “JUS-10” Haynes, founder and creative director of JUS10H, was honored with the International Style Vanguard Award—a prestigious accolade that recognizes trailblazers shaping the future of fashion through creativity, sustainability, and cultural impact.

The venue, Palazzo Reale, buzzed with energy as Haynes virtually appeared on very large LED screens to accept the award in one of his signature patchwork jackets—a burst of color and confidence that has become his trademark. It was more than an acceptance—it was a moment of recognition for a designer whose work transcends trends and touches lives.
“This isn’t just about clothes,” Haynes told the audience. “It’s about believing in something bigger than yourself—and stitching that belief into every thread you touch.”
Long before his name echoed through international runways, Justin Haynes was a seventh grader in Springfield, Massachusetts, with a big dream and an eye for style. At just 15, he landed his first retail job at Gap, immersing himself in fabric, fit, and the pulse of everyday fashion.

Years later, when offered a corporate promotion, Haynes made a defining decision: he turned it down. Instead of chasing comfort, he pursued his calling—launching JUS10H, a brand rooted in bold storytelling, precision tailoring, and sustainable values.
“I chose the uncertain route,” he recalls. “Because I couldn’t live with the thought of never trying.”
At JUS10H, fashion isn’t just art—it’s advocacy. Haynes’ collections are known for their vibrant color palettes, clean construction, and unapologetically expressive patchwork. Each garment is a visual diary, reflecting culture, confidence, and care for the planet.
Sustainability is central to his ethos. Haynes upcycles materials, sources responsibly, and minimizes waste in his production process. His integrity earned him the Sustainable Designer of the Year title at the 2024 Global Sustainable Fashion Week in Budapest—a testament to his belief that luxury and ethics can coexist.

“Fashion should not cost us the planet,” he says. And in his case, it doesn’t.
While his roots remain firmly planted, Justin Haynes’ influence stretches across Hollywood and hip-hop culture. He’s dressed icons such as Kelly Rippa, Nick Cannon, Winston Duke, Angela Yee, Maino, and a rising roster of Disney Channel stars, bringing his signature style to red carpets, television screens, and global fashion shoots.
But whether he’s styling celebrities or everyday clients, his mission remains: “Bringing fashion to your everyday life.” His shows are diverse, his casting inclusive, and his message universal—fashion is for everyone.
With the Milan accolade now behind him, 2025 marks a groundbreaking year for Haynes and JUS10H.
This spring, he debuted the initial 24 pages in Chapter 2 of his Tokyo Lookbook, further solidifying his presence in Tokyo. His recent appointment as Vice Chairman of the Tokyo Fashion Council positions him not only as a designer but as a global leader in shaping fashion’s cultural evolution in the East.

He’s also set to make waves with the highly anticipated release of his sneaker collaboration with Batz in Budapest, Hungary—a line already being buzzed about as “the drop that will dominate conversations once released.”
Add to that an upcoming international capsule collection, expanded distribution across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and a documentary series in development—Haynes is turning his fashion empire into a global movement.

Do we now hear of a debut Resort collection during Miami Swim Week with SU MAGAZINE?? This individual doesn’t stop
“Directing my own fashion film is definitely on the radar,” he teases. “I want people to see the process, the culture, the soul behind every stitch.”
Justin Haynes is not just a designer—he’s a force. A steward of sustainability. A mentor. A modern muse for an industry in transition.

As he stood virtually beneath the lights of Milan, surrounded by editors, buyers, and global tastemakers, it was clear: Justin “JUS-10” Haynes isn’t just leading fashion—he’s transforming it.
And in a world ready for authenticity, evolution, and elegance with a conscience, there’s no one better stitched for the job.
