Interviewer: Thank you for joining us, Yasin. You’ve built an incredible reputation in mental training and personal development. Can you start by telling us who you are and what sets you apart in this field?

Yasin Seiwasser: Thank you for having me. I am a German life coach, mental trainer, and former martial arts champion. My approach to mental training and personal development integrates over 30 years of meditation, mental focus, and martial arts experience. What sets me apart is my ability to combine these disciplines into practical strategies that help individuals navigate high-pressure environments with clarity and resilience.

Interviewer: Martial arts seem to play a big role in your journey. How has that background shaped your coaching philosophy?

Yasin Seiwasser: Martial arts taught me discipline, focus, and how to channel energy constructively. Competing in high-stakes situations gave me a firsthand understanding of the psychological hurdles athletes face. This experience helps me connect deeply with my clients and create strategies that empower them to transform challenges into opportunities for growth.

Interviewer: You’ve made history in MMA with the fastest knockout in a title fight—just three seconds! What does that achievement say about your mental and physical preparation?

Yasin Seiwasser: That moment is a testament to the power of focus and preparation. It wasn’t just about physical strength; it was about being mentally present, visualizing the outcome, and executing with precision. These principles are the foundation of my coaching philosophy, and I teach my clients how to harness this kind of mental clarity in their own pursuits.

Interviewer: Your Seiwasser Method has gained a lot of attention. Can you walk us through what it entails?

Yasin Seiwasser: Absolutely. The Seiwasser Method is a holistic approach that combines several techniques:

    • Meditation to cultivate mindfulness and awareness.
    • Positive suggestion to encourage constructive self-dialogue.
    • Affirmation to reinforce confidence and self-belief.
    • Visualization to mentally rehearse success.
    • Breathing techniques to manage stress and maintain calm under pressure.

The goal is to master stress rather than avoid it, equipping individuals to thrive in competitive and demanding environments.

Interviewer: It’s fascinating how you use this method with athletes and teams. Could you share an example of its impact?

Yasin Seiwasser: One example is my work with Frank Stäbler, a three-time wrestling world champion. We focused on mental resilience, which was crucial for his success. Another instance is my time with SV Werder Bremen, a professional football club. In just five months, we went from 10th place to 2nd, earning promotion back to the Bundesliga’s top tier. It was all about building a collective mental strength.

Interviewer: That’s impressive. But your philosophy seems to go beyond sports. How does it help people in other high-stress environments?

Yasin Seiwasser: My methods apply to anyone facing pressure, whether in boardrooms, classrooms, or personal pursuits. For example, business leaders use these techniques to make better decisions under stress, while educators find ways to stay composed and inspire their students. It’s about turning stress into a tool for growth rather than a limitation.

Interviewer: You’re also an author. What inspired you to write Mental Shower?

Yasin Seiwasser: I wanted to make my philosophy accessible to more people. Mental Shower is a practical guide to personal growth and resilience. It distills my methods into actionable steps that anyone can use to improve their mental clarity and overall well-being.

Interviewer: Beyond the book, you’re a sought-after speaker. How do you use that platform to inspire others?

Yasin Seiwasser: Speaking allows me to connect with diverse audiences and share insights from my journey. My goal is to inspire resilience and self-discovery, encouraging people to embrace their potential and face challenges head-on. It’s about showing them that with the right mindset, they can achieve greatness.

Interviewer: Finally, what legacy do you hope to leave through your work?

Yasin Seiwasser: I want to empower people to see challenges as stepping stones to greatness. My legacy is about teaching individuals to find strength within, achieve balance, and unlock their true potential. In a world that often prioritizes physical strength, I aim to show that mental resilience is just as, if not more, important.

Interviewer: Thank you, Yasin, for sharing your incredible insights. It’s clear your work is making a profound impact.

Yasin Seiwasser: Thank you. It’s been a pleasure sharing my journey with you.

Rymma Badun: Four Seasons – An Interview

    By Billboard NewsdeskAugust 31, 20250

The transition was natural. My life has always been a blend of movement and stillness, of grace and intensity. Modeling gave me a platform, but art gave me a voice. Four Seasons is a reflection of that journey — the emotional and elemental layers of womanhood, told through resin, minerals, and poetry.
