    Life on tour is a wild ride—adrenaline-fueled performances, constant travel, erratic sleep, and relentless pressure to stay at the top of your game.     Stage lights, heavy makeup, and recycled hotel and airplane air wreak havoc on skin. Tayelor’s Ayurvedic approach works with the body’s natural intelligence.

    A chickpea flour and rosewater cleanser gently removes impurities without stripping skin, while a few drops of rosehip or jojoba oil lock in moisture and create a luminous base for makeup. “Your skin reflects your overall vitality,” she explains. “When you treat it as part of a holistic system, you get lasting results.”

    Saving the Voice: Teas That Transform Careers

    For singers, a single sore throat can mean canceled shows and lost revenue. Tayelor’s tea protocols are legendary among her clients:

    Travel Survival Hacks

    Tour buses and airplanes are notoriously dehydrating. Tayelor advises packing sesame oil for skin protection and sipping room-temperature water with lemon and Himalayan salt for better absorption. Hotel rooms undergo a quick transformation with the addition of portable humidifiers and eucalyptus oil diffusers, creating a healing environment.
